Mordi Lati has been with ICECap Group since 2019, building on a foundation in both sales and underwriting that has shaped his success in loan origination. Since transitioning into origination, he has originated and funded over $300 million in loans, driving the firm’s growth and strengthening its market presence. In addition to his own production, Mordi oversees and mentors a team of junior originators, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to help them succeed.

Mordi earned his degree in Real Estate Finance from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York, where he excelled academically and graduated with a high GPA.

His mission at ICECap Group is clear: to add value to clients by tailoring the firm’s capital and loan products to meet their unique investment strategies and financial needs.

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Mordi is married and a proud father. Outside of work, he values family time, enjoys traveling, and is dedicated to his health through weightlifting and exercise.
